Job Summary


We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Senior Interior Designer to join our team. This role involves staying current with industry trends, managing client relationships, and overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality design deliverables and a positive customer experience.


Responsibilities


- Assist in managing the sales funnel to improve conversion rates.

- Manage the overall work output of the organization.

- Enhance customer experience and manage client relationships.

- Collaborate with category and cross-functional teams to gather market feedback.

- Oversee the entire project lifecycle from start to finish.

- Lead and maintain the quality and accuracy of design deliverables.     

- Manage the design and site delivery team, ensuring performance on delegated tasks.

- Guide and coordinate with vendors and business partners throughout project completion.

 

 Skills And Expertise

- Degree in Architecture or Interior Design, with a post-graduation in Project Management or ConstructionManagement from a Tier I institute.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the building construction industry.

-Strong knowledge of design tools (Sketchup, PowerPoint, AutoCAD).

- Expertise in conceptual design (layouts, styles, renders and 3Ds, mood boards).

- Proficient in technical design (material knowledge, execution, and drawing preparation).

- Knowledgeable in modular design (materials, aesthetics, functionality, and module planning).

- Understanding of civil works and services (specifications and installation details).

- Experience in creating Bill of Quantities (BoQ) and coordinating with internal and external agencies.

- Sales expertise in closing deals with a logical and trusted approach, and leading design meetings with clients.

- Knowledge of individual trades and subcontractors related to interior fit-outs.

- Tech-savvy with experience in adopting digital and technology initiatives.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.

- Strong capability to work well under pressure and independently.
