Job Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, resources, and dependencies.
  • Effectively communicate project objectives, timelines, and deliverables to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Mentor and coach project team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on project management principles, methodologies, and tools, providing guidance and support to project teams as needed.
  • Establish and enforce best practices and project management standards across the organization.
  • Conduct regular project reviews and performance assessments, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements, prioritize tasks, and resolve conflicts.
  • Enforce the use of the established project methodology within the project team, ensuring adherence to project management processes, including planning, execution, monitoring, and controlling.
  • Champion the adoption of agile methodologies and practices where applicable, promoting flexibility, adaptability, and iterative development.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define strategic project objectives and align project initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in project management, and incorporate them into our project management processes.


Job Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree with 7 years of experience in project management, preferably in the fintech industry. Master's degree or PMP certification or Prince 2 certification is a plus.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion, delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Experience with project management software such as Clickup or Asana.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Passion for continuous learning and professional development.
