Job Description:


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Leadership Hiring Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting mid to senior-level executives across various industries.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for mid to senior-level leadership positions, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of candidates through various channels, including networking events, referrals, and social media platforms.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand their talent needs and provide strategic guidance throughout the recruitment process.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing regular updates and insights on recruitment progress, market trends, and candidate pipelines.
  • Utilize MIS (Management Information Systems) skills to track recruitment metrics, analyze data, and generate reports for management review.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in recruitment and talent acquisition.
