mthree is seeking a Operational Risk Analyst to join a highly regarded Multinational Investment Bank and Financial Services Company.Job Description:Role: Operational Risk AnalystLocation: Bengaluru, IndiaKnowledge, Experience & QualificationsTechnicalUnderstanding of regulatory standards and concepts within Operational Resilience, IT Risk Management, Business Continuity, and/ or Enterprise Risk Management. Experience working within Operational Resilience, Risk, Technology, or Controls monitoring. Experience developing, implementing, and maintaining business continuity plans and strategies. Experience in identifying, assessing, and mitigating operational risks that could impact business continuity. Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional projects and work with various departments and stakeholders to enhance resilience. Ability to analyse data, identify trends and make data-driven decisions.Strong communication skills, and an ability to influence stakeholders. BehavioursAbility to think strategically and align resilience to wider organisational objectives and priorities. Ability to maintain an execution focus to deliver at pace, on budget and on time.Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance of all processes. Passion for innovation and driving change. Personal resilience, flexibility and ability to deal with ambiguity and complex change.Demonstrates high ethical standards and integrity in all actions and decisions.Management of RiskProactive management of delivery and operating model risk; leveraging insight and support from across the business to translate and communicate this risk in business terms.
