Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Human Resources Manager will oversee organizational HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, policy development, and compliance with labor laws. Daily responsibilities include managing talent acquisition, facilitating training and professional development programs, addressing employee concerns, overseeing performance evaluations, and promoting a positive workplace culture. The role will also involve collaboration with leadership to develop HR strategies that align with company goals and strategy. Qualifications Proficiency in talent acquisition, recruitment, and retention strategiesExperience in employee relations, performance management, and training programsStrong understanding of HR policies and imlementation inluding KRAs and KPIs and Perfomance matrix, compliance, and labor lawsLeadership, organizational, and strategic planning skillsStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative approach to problem-solvingProficiency in HR software and toolsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldPrevious experience in a similar HR management role is preferred for minimum of 10 years
