Job Description:

Summary: As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications using OpenText ECM Tools. Your typical day will involve acting as the primary point of contact, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications using OpenText ECM Tools. Create, format and test business specific highly dynamic document templates utilizing Thunderhead and Smart Communications, an open source technology software package ie XML, JavaScript, XSL-FO, using a combination of business knowledge and technical skills - Designs and develops software solutions to meet business requirements in Order to Cash/Procure to Pay cycles - Experience in SQL Stored Procedures, SSRS robust reports, jQuery, Asp Net, Conversion of data using SQL Scripts - Act as the primary point of contact for the project, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, tracking progress and ensuring timely delivery of milestones. - Identify and mitigate project risks, communicating effectively with stakeholders to ensure project success. Professional & Technical Skills: -

Must To Have Skills:

Strong experience with JavaScript and XML knowledge required –

Basic SQL and UNIX commands CSS and/or XSL-FO experience a plus Thunderhead and Smart Communications experience General business knowledge of the financial services industry a plus

Good To Have Skills:

Experience with other ECM tools such as Document, Alfresco, or SharePoint. Solid understanding of software engineering principles and best practices. Experience with Agile development methodologies.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
