Role Description:


The Sodium-Ion Battery Specialist will be an essential member of our research and development team, focusing on advancing sodium-ion battery technology. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of chemistry and electrochemistry, as well as an in-depth knowledge of the latest industry advancements in sodium-ion technology. The specialist will be responsible for conducting detailed literature surveys, analyzing current research, and identifying opportunities for new material synthesis. This position combines rigorous scientific analysis with practical application to enhance the performance and efficiency of sodium-ion batteries.


Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Conduct comprehensive literature surveys on existing sodium-ion battery technologies.
  • Analyze and interpret scientific literature and research findings to identify potential new materials for sodium-ion batteries.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry advancements and trends in sodium-ion technology.
  • Assess the current industrial status and technological progress of sodium-ion batteries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research findings into practical applications.
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of sodium-ion battery materials and technologies.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations on research findings and potential new material synthesis.


Skills and Qualifications:


  • Ph.D. in Chemistry, Electrochemistry, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in conducting literature surveys and analyses.
  • Deep understanding of current advancements and industry status in sodium-ion battery technology.
  • Proficiency in analyzing literature and findings to identify potential new material synthesis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
