Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and skilled Junior UX UI Designer with 1-2 years of industry experience. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Figma and Framer, and possess a strong foundation in UX UI design principles.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
  • Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
  • Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
  • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
  • Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to optimize designs.


Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience as a UX Designer or similar role.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Framer are a must.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UX design projects.
  • Good understanding of user-centered design principles.
  • Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
