Role Overview:

As a Business Analyst at DRS Analytics, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our clients and technical teams. You’ll bring the latest Marketing Analytics best practices to our projects, driving growth and ensuring the delivery of top-tier solutions. Your ability to translate client needs into technical specifications and communicate the benefits of analytics will be crucial in shaping and delivering successful transformations for our clients.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Client Engagement: Establish and maintain effective relationships with a range of stakeholders to deeply understand their business priorities and support the delivery of business value.


  • Technical Translation: Serve as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders.


  • Data Management: Gather, analyze, and model data, documenting both functional and non-functional requirements.


  • Project Leadership: Work as part of a project team to support delivery, including identifying and addressing dependencies, gaps, and consumer data needs.


  • Communication: Present analytics insights and benefits directly to client stakeholders, particularly within their commercial, sales, and marketing teams.


  • Innovation: Continuously bring and implement Marketing Analytics best practices into our projects, contributing to the growth and enhancement of our service offerings.
