Job description💼 We’re Hiring: Data Operations LeadShift: 10:00 AM – 07:00 PM ISTPositions: 1 | Type: Full-TimeWhat You’ll Be Doing:● Lead and manage the Data Operations team responsible for data collection, enrichment,validation, and delivery.● Implement and monitor data quality metrics, identify discrepancies, and drive processimprovements.● Collaborate with Engineering to ensure smooth data integration, automation, and processscalability.● Work with Product and Business teams to define data requirements and ensure the datasupports business objectives.● Mentor and train the team on data tools, QA methods, and best practices.● Manage vendor relationships for external data sources or enrichment platforms.● Drive innovation by identifying automation opportunities and leveraging tools such asSQL, Python, or BI platforms.Qualifications:● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems,or a related field.● 7–10 years of experience in data operations, data management, or analytics, with atleast 4 years in a leadership role.● Strong understanding of data governance, ETL processes, and quality controlmethodologies.● Hands-on experience with SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and data visualization tools● Experience with automation tools like Python script is a plus.● Excellent project management, analytical, and communication skills.Proven ability to manage teams, meet tight deadlines, and maintain high standards ofdata quality.● Must be capable of working independently and delivering stable, efficient and reliablesoftware.● Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.● Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamicenvironment.Preferred Skills:● Experience in SaaS, B2B data, or lead intelligence industry.● Exposure to data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and compliance practices.● Ability to work effectively in cross-functional, global, and remote environments.REPORTING: This position will report to the Senior Manager of Data Operations or any otherManager as assigned by Management.Apply now at career@paso-co.com
