Job Opportunity for JMeter Performance Testing with CGI


Job Title: JMeter Performance Senior Tester

Location: Bangalore/Chennai

NP: Immediate to 30 days

Exp: 5 to 8 years


Job description

Key Responsibilities:


  • Solid hands-on experience with Performance Test Engineering using tools such as JMeter
  • Develop/Modify and execute performance testing strategies using JMeter, Load Runner, Dynatrace, and other tools.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure application performance meets business requirements.
  • Monitor application performance during production and identify areas for optimization.
  • Create and maintain performance test plans, scripts, and reports.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, review, and retrospective.
  • Strong knowledge of performance engineering principles and best practices.
  • Strong experience using AWS or other cloud platforms. AWS Cloudwatch experience is a must.
  • API testing experience using API testing tools like Postman/Swagger/SOAP UI or similar tools is a must.
  • Must have good communication skills
  • Must have Client facing/interaction skills.
  • Willing to work for a short time in automation testing using automation testing tools like Selenium.
  • Analyze Performance Test Results and should be able to suggest on bottlenecks
  • Preparing a detailed Performance Test Report
