Roles and Responsibilities:

1) Academic Leadership

2) Curriculum Development and Quality Assurance

3) Faculty Recruitment, Development, and Evaluation

4) Research and Scholarship

5) Policy Compliance and Reporting

Qualifications and Requirements:

1) A Ph.D. degree in a humanities discipline (Sociology/Economics/Political Science/Public Administration/Social Work/History) from a recognized university.

2) A minimum of 10-15 years of teaching experience at University Level.

3) Significant academic and administrative experience in higher education, with a distinguished record of teaching, research, and leadership.

4) In-depth knowledge of UGC regulations, policies, and guidelines pertaining to humanities education and research.
