What will you drive?


We are seeking a seasoned Manager Media Sales with a strong background in ad sales, particularly in digital ad sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth, managing client relationships, and developing innovative sales strategies. You will be working with a team of 10+ riders, collaborating closely to achieve our sales targets and drive business growth.

Revenue Driver: Develop and execute robust and exciting sales strategies to achieve and surpass revenue targets, focusing predominantly on digital ad sales. Identify and capitalize on new and challenging business opportunities to expand market reach and drive sales revenue.

Client Champion: Build and nurture strong relationships with advertising agencies and clients, driving business opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to create customized advertising solutions that align with client objectives.

Market Maven: Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform and adjust sales strategies effectively. Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, detailed reports, and accurate forecasts to senior management.

Sales Maestro: Manage the end-to-end sales process, including negotiation, contract management, and campaign execution, ensuring seamless delivery. Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.


Who are we looking for?


Educational and Professional Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, with 5-8 years of experience in ad sales, specializing in digital ad sales.

Proven Success and Media Knowledge: Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, coupled with a strong understanding of the media landscape, including digital advertising platforms and technologies.

Communication and Relationship Building: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with advertising agencies and clients.

Agency Management and Collaboration: Experience in managing agency relationships and driving collaborative partnerships, ensuring seamless integration and execution of advertising solutions.

Industry-Specific Expertise: Preferred experience in media sales within the Automotive or BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) industry, with knowledge of industry-specific trends, challenges, and opportunities. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative advertising solutions are highly desired.
