Role Overview:

We are seeking a Junior Salesman to drive sales for our Interior Design Division. The candidate will target interior designers, architects, and luxury design firms while maintaining the CRM system to ensure efficient sales tracking and client management. This role provides a unique opportunity to learn under the guidance of an experienced supervisor and develop crucial skills in client engagement and sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and connect with interior designers, architects, and high-end design firms.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships to ensure long-term collaboration.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute targeted sales strategies.
• Maintain and update the CRM system, tracking leads, client interactions, and sales activities.
• Close high-value deals and contribute to the division’s growth.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the interior design, luxury, or corporate sectors.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and prior exposure to B2B or luxury sales is an advantage.
