Job Description: As a Senior UI/UX Designer Developer at Easy Clinic, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing user interfaces that are intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and healthcare professionals, to create seamless and user-centric experiences for our clients. Your expertise in both design and development will be essential in delivering high-quality products that meet the needs of healthcare providers and patients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the UI/UX design and development process for Easy Clinic’s web and mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand user requirements and translate them into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to continuously improve the user experience.
  • Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries to ensure consistency across all products.
  • Work closely with front-end developers to implement responsive and accessible designs using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in UI/UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in UI/UX design and development, preferably in the healthcare or software industry.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your design and development skills, including examples of wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of front-end development languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.
  • Experience with design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries.
  • Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
  • Ability to conduct user research, usability testing, and gather actionable insights.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
  • Experience with prototyping tools such as InVision, Marvel, or similar.
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
