Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and organized HR and Admin Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth administrative processes, and fostering a positive workplace culture. This position requires excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, along with a proactive attitude.


Key Responsibilities

Human Resources:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company objectives.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
  • Handle payroll, employee benefits, and performance appraisal processes.
  • Provide support in conflict resolution, grievance handling, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Administration:

  • Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and administrative services.
  • Oversee facilities management, including maintenance and security.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
  • Ensure the smooth functioning of daily office operations.
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and other documentation as required.

Employee Engagement and Development:

  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities and initiatives.
  • Organize training programs and workshops to enhance skills and productivity.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace environment.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in HR and/or administration roles.
  • Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and administrative procedures.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR management software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
