Project Manager – Sales & Category

As a Project Manager – Sales & Category, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of sales and category operations at Thrillophilia. You will oversee projects aimed at enhancing category growth, streamlining sales processes, and achieving revenue targets. This role requires excellent analytical, leadership, and organizational skills.
> Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables for sales and category initiatives.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Ensure timely execution of projects while maintaining quality standards.
Sales Operations Management
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify and address bottlenecks.
- Implement data-driven strategies to boost sales performance.
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics, presenting insights to leadership.
Category Management
- Lead initiatives to expand and optimize product categories.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new offerings.
- Ensure category alignment with market trends and customer needs.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, Product) and external partners.
- Act as a liaison between sales and category teams to ensure synergy.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress and results.
Process Improvement
- Identify gaps in current processes and recommend improvements.
- Drive automation and adoption of tools to improve efficiency.
Team Leadership
- Mentor and guide team members to achieve project goals.
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration.
> Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field. MBA preferred.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales, category management, or project management.
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing cross-functional projects.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Trello, MS Project, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or BI platforms.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
