Job Overview: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Faculty Trainer to join our team. As a Faculty Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, engaging training sessions to improve skin care practices within our organization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth training sessions on skincare products, tools, and techniques for students
  • Provide personalized skincare education, including product usage, ingredient knowledge, and treatment protocols.
  • Develop training materials, presentations, and educational resources for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on the latest skincare trends, innovations, and scientific research to ensure all training content is current and accurate.
  • Offer ongoing support and guidance to students, answering questions and addressing concerns related to skin health and products.
  • Monitor and assess the progress of students to ensure they are applying knowledge effectively.
  • Lead product demonstrations and help students understand the benefits of various skincare regimens.
  • Conduct workshops, webinars, and other educational events to engage a broader audience.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to improve product offerings or training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • CIDESCO/ ABTC/ CIBTAC Certification in Skin with Graduation in any stream.
  • Teaching Experience is Mandatory of minimum 4 Years with industry experience.
  • Need to have detailed and scientific knowledge of various skin treatments, spa, anatomy and physiology.
  • Proven experience as a skincare expert, esthetician, dermatologist, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of skincare ingredients, product formulations, and skin types.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire others.
  • Experience in delivering educational content, training programs, or workshops.
  • Ability to simplify complex skincare concepts for a variety of audiences.
  • Certification or qualifications in skincare or esthetics (e.g., licensed esthetician, cosmetology degree, etc.) is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple training sessions and projects.
  • Passion for skin health and educating others about skincare practices.



Additional Skills:

  • Experience with digital learning platforms or e-learning content development is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Comfortable with public speaking and presenting to large groups.
  • Empathy and a customer-focused mindset, with the ability to adapt training for individual needs.
