Job Title: HR Intern and Office Operations Intern


Job Summary:


We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Intern and Office Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the HR team in various HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and other administrative duties. Additionally, the candidate will oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist with recruitment and selection process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Assist with new employee onboarding, including preparing orientation materials, conducting orientation sessions, and processing new hire paperwork.
  • Manage HRIS database and ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist with employee engagement initiatives, including organizing events and activities, collecting feedback, and analyzing results.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including filing, data entry, and other duties as assigned.
  • Manage office operations, including maintaining office equipment, supplies, and inventory, handling mail and deliveries, and managing office vendors.
  • Coordinate and manage office events and meetings, including scheduling, logistics, and catering.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, answering phones, greeting visitors, and directing inquiries to appropriate staff members.
  • Manage facilities, including liaising with building management and ensuring the office is clean, safe, and well-maintained.


Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
