Overview of Your New Position:
● Develop and Implement Strategy: Formulate and execute high-level B2B business development strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion in the education sector.Strategic.
● Market Expansion:Establish and nurture strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance the
company’s market position and service offerings. Acquire new education institutes, colleges and
universities for digital campaigns and advertisements.
● Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Generate and manage a robust pipeline of leads and prospects, converting them into long-term clients and strategic partners.
● Maintaining relationships: Maintain good working relationships with new clients.
● Extensive Travel: Willingness to travel extensively across various cities within the state to meet clients, attend industry events, and explore new business opportunities.
● Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and
business growth objectives. Conduct market research to identify trends, needs, and competitive
landscape to refine sales strategies.
● Providing updates: Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and
performance metrics.
● Staying updated: Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and best practices
● Collaborating with teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align partner objectives.

● Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably within the education
technology or related sector.
● Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
● Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
● Expertise in creating professional and visually appealing presentations, including custom slide
designs, layouts, and templates.
