Work extensively Recruiting, Core HR, Kronos Workforce Management, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll and Talent Management Develop and maintain eligibility Fast Formulas and BI reports for reporting and automation needs.Collaborate with technical and business teams to identify, analyze, and resolve system issues. Provide expert guidance on best practices, process optimization, and configuration improvements.Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing), end-user training, and documentation Ensure timely resolution of production issues and system enhancements. Required Skills & Qualifications :- 6+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Functional.- 3-5 years of experience in one or more HCM modules : Recruiting, Core HR, Kronos Workforce Management, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll and Talent Management.- Strong experience with Fast Formulas (eligibility) and BI reporting tools.- Solid understanding of HCM business processes and system integrations.- Experience in end-to-end system implementation, configuration, and support.- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
