About the role:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Administrator at Tyke, located in Mumbai. The Human Resources Administrator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to HR management, benefits administration, HR information systems, and compliance with labor and employment laws.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job vacancies, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation, training coordination, and documentation.
  • Ensure confidentiality and integrity of HR files and records.
  • Collect and process payroll information accurately and timely. Address payroll-related inquiries and issues.
  • Assist in the administration of performance review processes.
  • Prepare HR reports and metrics as required by management.
  • Handle general administrative tasks such as answering HR-related inquiries, scheduling meetings, and preparing HR documents.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: 1 year of experience in an HR role, with a strong understanding of payroll and other HR functions.


Remuneration: 3L to 3.6L PA (Based on the experience and the rounds of interviews)


Office location: Vile Parle, Western Suburbs, Mumbai.
