We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Project Manager to oversee and drive the successful execution of technology projects. SALARY: 4-7 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and oversee technology projects from initiation to completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and business analysts.
- Ensure projects align with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- Utilize Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) to manage project delivery.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Track project progress, report status updates, and ensure timely delivery.
- Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
- Maintain documentation, including project plans, reports, and process guidelines.
- Ensure quality standards and best practices are followed throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in IT or technology-related projects.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
- Basic understanding of IT technologies (software development lifecycle, cloud platforms, databases, etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana, MS Project).
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Certification in Agile (Scrum Master, PMI-ACP) or PMP is a plus.
