Job Description:

We are seeking a polished and professional Guest Service Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a warm and welcoming demeanor, and a passion for providing outstanding customer service in a luxury setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly and positive attitude.
  • Assist guests with seating arrangements, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Provide information about our menu, specials, and promotions.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen and wait staff to ensure guest needs and requests are met.
  • Process payments and manage billing accurately.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk and guest seating area.
  • Assist in managing reservations and special event bookings.
  • Promote café services and amenities to enhance guest experiences.
  • Support the team in creating a luxurious and hospitable environment.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality or luxury industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using reservation and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • A positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping others.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in hospitality management are a plus.
