Principal – Sree Ramakrishna College of Nursing


🎓 Educational Qualification (as per Indian Nursing Council norms)

• Ph.D. in Nursing (mandatory) – recognized by INC/UGC.

• Specialization may be in any branch of Nursing (Medical-Surgical, Community Health, OBG, Child Health, Psychiatric Nursing, etc.).

• M.Sc. Nursing with valid INC/TNNMC registration.

• Must be a registered nurse and registered midwife (RNRM) under the State Nursing Council.

💼 Experience Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Nursing, with 8 years of teaching after M.Sc. (Nursing).

• At least 5 years in a collegiate program in a senior academic or administrative role (Vice-Principal / Professor / Dean).

• Strong record of leadership in nursing education, research, and administration.

• Visionary leadership with the ability to guide faculty and students.

• Strong academic, administrative, and communication skills.

• Commitment to INC, Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University, and TNNMC regulations.

📜 Mandatory Requirements

• Ph.D. in Nursing (recognized by INC/UGC).

• Valid registration from the Tamil Nadu Nurses and Midwives Council (TNNMC).

• Compliance with all statutory requirements (INC, TNNMC, DME, University approvals).
