Role Description

This is a full-time on-site office work role suitable for a candidate to work at a Senior Executive position with ISA TOURISM PVT.LTD. See www.isatourism.com

The Senior Executive will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, Provide office work support in operations, Public Relations activities and to sales & marketing administrative support; represent the link between external client and Sales team/overseas hotel partners to maximize business opportunities.


Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Minimum 3 years experience in the tourism or hospitality industry is essential
  • Graduate in Business Administration, Hotel, Hospitality or Travel Management
  • Experience with digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce is a plus
  • Fluent in spoken & written English, fast learner, honest, committed to work, good General Knowledge.
  • Proficiency in Outlook, MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Punctual, cheerful, meets deadline, organized and task oriented. Other required attributes are :

·        Fast learner, academically sound, willingness to excel 

·         Exhibit initiative, pro-activeness, go-getter mindset

·         Demonstrate confidence, good communication skills

·         Possess high standards of telephone/email etiquettes 

·         Positive ability to work independently and in a team.
