We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) with 5+ years of experience to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various HR functions, including employee relations, talent management, performance management, and organizational development. The HRBP will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing expert HR guidance and support to achieve organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to identify talent needs and develop workforce plans.
  • Lead the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.
  • Identify high-potential employees and support their career development.
  • Assess organizational needs and design interventions to enhance team effectiveness and productivity.
  • Implement change management initiatives to support business transformation.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that aligns with the company culture
  • Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Adhere to high quality work standards.
  • Responsible for maintaining Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability of Vehere’s information assets including business critical information.


Qualifications


  • MBA degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Proven experience in employee relations, talent management, and performance management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Open to travelling
