Brief Job Description

NoFluff is seeking a talented PPC Campaign Executive and Front End Web Developer to join our dynamic team.


You will be responsible for developing and maintaining WordPress websites, integrating Facebook Pixel, and implementing JavaScript and HTML solutions. Additionally, you will manage Meta and Google Ads and Analytics to ensure optimal website performance and user insights.


This role is ideal for a self-motivated individual who thrives in a flexible working environment and can deliver high-quality web solutions.


PPC Responsibilities:

  • Form and optimize paid search strategies and PPC campaigns.
  • Manage accounts on Meta, Google AdWords and Bing.
  • Select keywords, and target audiences, and adjust bids to improve ROI.
  • Track KPIs, produce performance reports, and mitigate click fraud.
  • Develop new campaigns and maintain partnerships with ad platforms.
  • Stay updated on PPC and SEM trends.


Website Development Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain CMS websites (Shopify, Wordpress).
  • Customize themes and plugins; integrate Facebook Pixel.
  • Implement and customize JavaScript and HTML.
  • Set up and configure Google Analytics.
  • Troubleshoot website issues and ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with design and marketing teams.
  • Stay updated on web development trends.


Requirements

  • Proven experience with PPC and Front End Web Development. 
  • Experience with Facebook Pixel integration and Google Analytics setup.
  • Familiarity with PPC platforms and analytics tools (e.g. AdWords).
  • Proficient knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and basic SEO principles.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently and effectively.
