Job Role-


The role will entail assisting the team in undertaking deep financial and operational analysis, building financial models, making presentations and undertaking valuations.


Department - Strategy & Corporate Development

Reporting to - President -Strategy & Corporate Development

Location - Okhla Phase 3 , Delhi

Working Days 6 (2 Saturdays are WFH)


Key Responsibilities -

Financial Modeling

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of financial models to support strategic initiatives, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
  • Analyze data and prepare reports to inform management on financial performance and projections.

Industry Benchmarking

  • Conduct industry research to identify benchmarks and best practices relevant to Polymedicure's operations.
  • Assist in comparing financial performance metrics against industry peers to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.

Data Analysis

  • Gather, organize, and analyze financial and operational data to support strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations.

Support Strategic Projects

  • Assist in the preparation of materials for strategic planning sessions and presentations for senior management.
  • Support ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as required.

Investor Relations:

  • Prepare and present financial and strategic updates to investors, ensuring clear communication of the company's vision and performance.
  • Respond to investor inquiries and manage communications to foster investor confidence and engagement.


Experience - Minimum 2 years in similar role as analyst in M&A or Investment banking will be preferred.

Skills Required:

  • MBA / CA with experience in financial analysis, valuations and financial modelling
  • Knowledge of financial modeling techniques and tools (e.g., Excel).
  • Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to interpret complex financial data and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and concisely.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
