Opportunity

We are looking for a passionate storyteller for this role. As a Social Media Executive in our Brand and Communications team, you will be responsible for driving brand resonance and engagement across all our social media channels.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Should be a Creative Storyteller pushing brand awareness to a new level.
  • Effectively manage all social media accounts and implement social media solutions for allocated clients (posting updates, creatives, responses and everything related to it).
  • Present a very professional image to all clients, in line with the core values of the company.
  • Produce & publish engaging content across social media.
  • Create content across formats {long form, posts, videos, podcasts, static images) either directly or through internal and external team members.
  • Ideate, implement and manage social media strategies to build stronger brand awareness and engagement.
  • Develop content strategies to drive engagement, Organic growth and reach to the platform.
  • Ensure smooth coordination internally with managers, design team and copy team to create high quality and engaging content.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and practices.
  • Understand and Monitor User engagement and Content optimization.
  • Ability to write great engaging web copy that can stimulate user interaction and engagement.
  • Should be able to foresee the upcoming social media trend and current affairs to propose viral ideas to the company and clients.
  • Ensure proper liasioning with clients for a professional social media management experience.
  • Proactively submit monthly reports for progress on all fronts; including social media, business development, client relationships, management and research.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Social Media Executive or a similar role.
  • A personality with creative & impactful ideas with excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Should have a knack for both witty & emotional content.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Linked In, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest.
  • Must have the ability to understand audience preferences and create content accordingly.
  • Analytical skills to use data, insights, and performance metrics to your advantage.
  • Keen interest in design and visual aesthetics for the best creatives output.
  • Submitting to-do lists and WIP Reports. 

CTC: (Can be discussed depending on experience)

Experience: 2+ years.
