Overview


As a Graphic Designer at Todayq, you will work closely with the Social Media Marketing (SMM) Specialist to craft compelling visuals for Web3, blockchain, and cryptocurrency-related content. You will also have the autonomy to develop independent creative projects to enhance the brand’s visual identity across platforms. This role requires a balance of creativity, technical expertise, and an understanding of social media trends and audience preferences.


Key Responsibilities


  • Design engaging visuals, infographics, and animations to support social media growth strategies.
  • Create graphics for campaigns that align with Web3 and blockchain trends.
  • Develop high-quality visual assets for social media (X, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Discord) and website use.
  • Adapt content to platform-specific requirements while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and messaging.
  • Develop templates and reusable design assets for scalable campaigns.
  • Work on innovative visual concepts for marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Stay updated on design and social media trends to create fresh and relevant content.
  • Incorporate Web3 and blockchain-related themes into creative projects.
  • Collaborate with the team to analyze the performance of visual content and refine strategies based on insights.


Required Qualifications


  • 2–3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the Web3, blockchain, or cryptocurrency space.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Canva.
  • Experience designing for social media platforms, including knowledge of best practices for each.
  • Strong understanding of brand identity, typography, color theory, and layout design.
  • Ability to create static and motion graphics that captivate audiences.
  • Creativity and the ability to translate abstract concepts into visually appealing designs.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
