Position Overview:

We are looking for a talented Full Stack Developer with a strong background in React.js and Node.js. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in full stack development, with a focus on building scalable web applications. Additionally, the candidate should have experience in team management and be capable of taking on leadership roles.


Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using React.js and Node.js

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features

• Lead and mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support as needed

• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices

• Work closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical solutions

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in full stack development


Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in full stack development

• Proficiency in React.js and Node.js

• Experience with database technologies such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL

• Strong understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

• Experience with version control systems such as Git

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Experience in team management and leadership roles is a plus
