Associate Creative Director

Talasha has been mandated to hire an Associate Creative Director (Graphic Design) for a luxury, home grown diamonds brand based out of India & Singapore. Defined by a fresh modern aesthetic developed by the creative team in Italy, their lab-grown gems enchant wearers
Responsibilities -
- Conceptualise & execute brand designs & marketing creatives
- Ideate & design all aspects of branding elements, brand communication, social media tonality, social media campaign & ad creatives, marketing collaterals, etc
- Design visually appealing campaign creatives for digital & print material that reflect the brands ethos & identity
- Produce creative assets including static designs, banners, videos, gifs, animations & visuals for branding and marketing activities across multiple channels such as social media, web, offline collaterals, product packaging, merchandise and more
- Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels - social media, website, print -while pushing creative boundaries
- Continuously improve creative strategy by studying the competition landscape for design trends & benchmarks
Good to Have -
- 2 yrs + experience in the design & graphic space
- Specialising in graphic design for social media creatives
- Proficiency in design software such as adobe illustrator & photoshop
- Experience working in luxury / lifestyle brands
CTC - Upto Rs. 15 Lakhs (basis last drawn)
