Role Description

The Finance Lead will prepare & manage financial statements, analyze data, communicate financial insights, and manage end-to-end compliance.


Responsibilities

  • Financial Statement Management: Prepare and manage accurate financial statements, ensuring they align with company goals and compliance requirements.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, providing actionable insights to support decision-making.
  • Financial Communication: Communicate financial insights effectively to senior leadership, enabling strategic planning and performance tracking.
  • Compliance Oversight: Manage end-to-end compliance processes, including tax regulations, audit preparation, and regulatory reporting.
  • Strategic Financial Planning: Develop financial strategies aligned with organizational objectives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement them.
  • Cash Flow & Budgeting: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management to support operational needs and long-term growth.
  • Cost Optimization: Identify opportunities for cost optimization and operational efficiency improvements.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a small team, fostering a culture of financial discipline and innovation.


Qualifications

  • Analytical Skills and Finance expertise
  • Experience in interpreting Financial Statements
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Accounting proficiency
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • Relevant certifications such as CA are a plus
