Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team in Chennai or Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire sales process for our bench candidates, coordinating with vendors and clients, and ensuring smooth placements. The role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of US tax terms and visa processes, and experience handling implementation and direct client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full sales cycle for bench candidates, from marketing to placement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, clients, and Tier-1 partners.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and clients to understand their needs and provide suitable candidates.
  • Negotiate rates and terms with clients and vendors.
  • Handle implementation partner and direct client relationships to ensure seamless placements.
  • Stay updated on US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and visa classifications (H1B, GC, OPT, CPT, TN, EAD, etc.).
  • Ensure timely submission of candidates to job requirements.
  • Maintain a database of potential clients and vendors to maximize business opportunities.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and candidate progress.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Bench Sales Recruiting with proven success in placing IT consultants.
  • Strong network with vendors, clients, and Tier-1 partners.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience in handling direct clients and implementation partners.
  • In-depth knowledge of US tax terms, visa processes, and compliance regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and drive sales effectively.
  • Proficiency in job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
