Opportunity for Business Process Excellence Manager – Procure to Pay (P2P)Location: BengaluruOverview:Lead global transformation and optimization of Procure-to-Pay processes, driving SAP S/4HANA implementation to standardize workflows and enhance efficiency and compliance.Key Responsibilities:Own P2P workstream across design, deployment, and sustain phases.Analyze and redesign processes; conduct Fit-to-Standard workshops.Translate business requirements into SAP S/4HANA functional designs.Collaborate on system integration and optimization with IT and consultants.Drive change management and stakeholder engagement globally.Requirements:Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, SCM, Operations, or related field.8+ years in P2P domain or SAP ERP transformation projects.SAP S/4HANA MM expertise preferred.Strong knowledge of P2P processes (PR/PO, GR, Invoice, AP, Spend Analytics).Familiarity with tools like Signavio, JIRA, SAP.Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
