This is a full-time role as a Tour Manager at Kaananavasa tours and travels located in Trivandrum. The Tour Manager will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all aspects of tour operations, including itinerary planning, transportation, accommodations, and tour guide coordination. The Tour Manager will also be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, managing budgets, and resolving any issues or concerns that may arise during the tour. This role offers flexibility for some remote work.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in using tour management software and other relevant tools
• Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is preferred
• Knowledge of local attractions and tourist destinations
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field is preferred
