The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing intelligent chatbot solutions tailored to client and business requirements.Key responsibilities include designing conversational flows, implementing Natural Language Processing (NLP) capabilities, integrating backend systems, and deploying chatbot solutions across platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless functionality, troubleshoot issues, and continuously enhance chatbot performance and user experience.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop intelligent chatbot applications based on business requirementsCreate and optimize conversational flows and user journeysImplement NLP and Machine Learning models to enhance chatbot accuracy and responsivenessIntegrate chatbots with APIs, databases, and third-party systemsDeploy, monitor, and maintain chatbot solutions across multiple platformsIdentify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issuesContinuously improve chatbot performance based on analytics and user feedbackCollaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutionsQualifications & SkillsProven experience in chatbot development and familiarity with chatbot frameworks or platformsStrong knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning conceptsProficiency in programming languages such as Python and/or JavaScriptExperience in software development and system integrationStrong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to emerging technologiesExcellent collaboration and communication skillsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
