As a Cloud Pioneer at Rapid Circle, you will work with our customers on different projects. For example, making impact in the healthcare sector, by making research data safely available. But also, awesome projects in the manufacturing or energy market make this job very challenging.

Rapid Circle is growing rapidly and are therefore looking for the right person for the role. You will be given lots of freedom to develop personally. We also have a lot of in-house knowledge (MVPs) within the Netherlands, Australia, and India. By working closely with your (international) colleagues, you can continue to challenge yourself and create your own growth path. Freedom, entrepreneurship, and development are key at Rapid Circle, so also in the role of a Linux System Administrator.



Role and responsibilities:


Excellent Oral and written communication skills

7 - 10 years of exp in Linux and Systems administration and automation in enterprise environment Administration and installation of Linux servers (SuSE Linux Enterprise, RedHat, CENTOS) exp with Linux in Cloud and Container platforms. Experience with tools like Docker & Kubernetes is desired.

Sound knowledge of server environments both Linux & Microsoft Windows Server (Server 2016 R2, 2019) Client OS (Windows 10,11) (MCSA & RHCSA certifications)

Sound Knowledge of Virtualization, VMware ESXi 6 or above (VCP certification a must).

Experience with HP server and storage platforms

Expert knowledge of Server hardware and monitoring concepts related to the same.

Working knowledge of enterprise monitoring tools like SCOM & Nagios would be desired.

Kubernetes Administration

How to install and configure Kubernetes

How to manage the API and Podsa

How to manage controllers, deployments, config maps and secrets.

How to manage storage and scheduling

How to manage networking, services and ingress

How to troubleshoot

How to manage security
