What You'll Do


  • Implementing end to end process automation using cutting edge technologies
  • Leading different parts of solution delivery along with client and Persistent technology teams
  • Strong understanding of business and user needs
  • Ability to support initial Appian setup (Cloud and On-Premises)
  • Ability to understand Appian architecture, engines and servers
  • Ability to set up SSO using SAML
  • Ability to set up Appian with client VPN
  • Ability to work with third-party integration services (REST/SOAP)
  • Coordinating with application support teams during the solution development, deployment, and support
  • Test quality, troubleshoots and supports an entire solution, across all components
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a highly collaborative, team-based environment
  • Ability to contribute within the Persistent delivery unit as a technology enabler and mentor
  • Appian certified senior/lead developer
  • Hands-on experience in developing Appian Plugins
  • Smart-services and functions
  • UI components
  • Connect System

Expertise You'll Bring


  • 15+ years of experience, including 8+ years working with the ServiceNow platform in multiple roles (Architect / Developer / Business Analyst/ Sales support, etc.)
  • Ability to articulate Industry based ServiceNow solutions and offering’s value propositions aligned to customer priorities.
  • Skilled in creating business case, and recommend strategic roadmap to help creating a vision and urgency for customer.
  • Leading key customer stakeholders in discovery sessions & delivering large-scale consulting services and solutions
  • Experience in independently implementing ServiceNow for at least two application suites, for at least two independent customers
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in supporting ServiceNow sales; with hands on experience in with solution design, pricing, effort estimation, solution defense and drafting Statement of work.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow versions, features and licensing models, experience as a platform owner desirable
  • Must have good communication and articulation skills with experience interacting with C-Suite stakeholders
  • Experienced working in global model; managing teams remotely.
  • Must have experience in independently driving discovery, design and ‘art of possible’ workshops with customers and can identify and map business requirements against platform capabilities.
  • Strong domain expertise in two or more of the following areas:
  • o IT Service Management
  • o Customer Service Management
  • o Security Operations
  • o Governance, Risk and Compliance
  • o HR Service Delivery
  • Strong working knowledge of three or more of the listed ServiceNow application suites: ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, SPM, IRM, SecOps, Industry vertical aligned applications (BFSI, TELCO, HLS), Custom applications development
  • Must be certified in
  • o One or more ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications
  • o CMA / CTA will be preferred
  • o ITIL, SIAM, GRCP, or similar certifications highly desirable
