Program Manager-Integrated Urban Transport

We are a growing organization and hiring a Program Manager, Integrated Urban Transport in Delhi. Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct research, coordinate projects and develop partnerships to pilot-test and scale-up the WELECTRIC program;
- Guide team members in developing knowledge products (reports, guidelines, toolkits, training materials);
- Guide team members in organizing workshops/outreach events for government agencies, civil society organizations and other stakeholders;
- Lead fundraising proposals and manage donor relationships;
- Interest in gender equitable electric mobility is a must, prior experience is desirable.
Core Competencies
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree in transportation, energy systems or relevant field;
- 6-7 years relevant experience in electric mobility with a robust understanding of the ecosystem and stakeholders;
- Knowledge of policies and programs related to vehicle and fleet electrification, EV charging infrastructure, EV skilling programs, vehicle incentive programs, dealer engagement, EV market transformation;
- Proficiency with quantitative and/ or statistical tools is a must;
- Strong writing, interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in English and Hindi;
- Motivated, self-driven individual with a bias for impact; manage complexity, navigate, mentor and guide a team in uncertain situations.
