Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Architect. The junior architect will be responsible for to day-to-day tasks such as: conducting site analysis, creating schematic designs and design development documentation, coordinating with project team members and managing project schedules and budgets for multiple projects.
Qualifications
- Architectural Design and Integration skills
- Software Development skills in AutoCAD, REVIT, Sketchup and similar tools.
- Project Management skills in reviewing project requirements, tracking project schedules, and managing project budgets.
- Proficient in reading blueprints and plan sets.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to demonstrate creativity and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Experience working with construction documentation and schematic design phases is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years experience
