Qualifications:


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related field). Advanced degree or certification in risk management, finance, or related disciplines is a plus.
  • Experience: 8-12 years of experience in risk engineering, risk management, or underwriting, with a strong preference for candidates with shop/floor experience.
  • Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of risk management frameworks, tools, and methodologies. Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in data analysis and risk assessment techniques.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex risk concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams. Ability to influence and drive change across organizational boundaries.
