Job Title: Finance Operations Intern

Position Overview:

As a Finance Operations Intern, you will support our Incorporation and Post-Incorporation teams in providing business establishment solutions to clients. This includes assisting with various legal filings and obtaining the necessary licenses and certificates to establish and run organizations. You will play a vital role in preparing, filing, and tracking legal applications and coordinating with government departments to ensure smooth processing. This internship offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate law and compliance.

Responsibilities:

  1. Client Interaction:
  • Assist in communicating with clients to provide guidance on legal filing processes, requirements, and documentation.
  • Act as a support point of contact for clients during the application process.
  1. Document Preparation and Filing:
  • Help collect, review, and verify client information and documentation required for legal filings.
  • Assist in preparing and filing legal documents with government agencies, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  1. Collaboration and Support:
  • Work closely with internal teams, such as legal and compliance, to resolve complex issues and streamline processes.
  • Support the team in maintaining organized records and tracking application statuses.
  1. Tracking and Reporting:
  • Monitor application progress with government departments and provide updates to clients.
  • Assist in creating status reports and maintaining dashboards for internal tracking.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background:
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in B.Com, BBA, B.Com LLB, or BBA LLB.
  • Skills:
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel and MS Word.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise with clients and team members effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to understand legal procedures and documentation.
  • A collaborative and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
