Role Description

OFFICE-Based role; not Remote or Hybrid

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Business Analyst at FinTech AI Innovations. As a Technical Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing complex business stories and assessing, writing and managing the implementation of corresponding technical requirements - both functional and non-functional and capturing granular product requirements at feature, functionality, epic, stories and acceptance criteria level and beyond. We use the Atlassian stack (Jira/Confluence/etc) which you must be proficient in, including setting up workflows, grooming backlogs and prioritsing sprint/kanban deliverables. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including external stakeholders, product managers and data scientists to gather and analyze techno-business requirements, develop insights, and propose innovative solutions. Your foresight and recommendations will play a crucial role in shaping the future direction of the product.

Qualifications (please don't apply if you don't have the following)

  • Mandatory: Proven experience as a detail-oriented Technical Business Analyst - must have structured corporate experience of 3-5 years (3 years minimum) in a globally well-known Product/Consulting company (Big 4 / similar experience strongly preferred ).

[Only candidates with a maximum of 6 full years experience will be considered]

  • Mandatory: Deep experience of governmental systems analysis, requirements, compliance in a highly regulated industry

NOTE: We are NOT looking for a Manager or a generalist who knows many tools - PySpark, Tableau, etc. This is a fully hands-on Technical Business/Product Analyst role whose sole focus is building great B2B products. Only apply if you have this in your current role

  • Mandatory: Detailed strong experience with Jira software including workflows & Confluence
  • Mandatory: Strong and detailed experience of working with Produyct and Technoilogy teams to determine, define, and ensure implementation of complex product/feature/functionality requirements and also act as a guide/interface between Product and Technology functions
  • Mandatory: Office-based role in North Bangalore
  • Mandatory Strong analytical and problem-solving skills including with third-party/government systems
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
  • Advanced knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management
  • Understanding of financial and technological trends in the industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • ISC/ICSE/IB background strongly preferred
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) are a plus
