IMMEDIATELY HIRINGJob Title: Senior Graphic Designer (Contract to Hire)Company: Innovsource (A FirstMeridian Company)Location: Vikhroli, Mumbai (Onsite)Experience: Max to 3 years Salary Range: ₹20k to ₹30k per monthInnovsource is looking for a Senior - Graphic Designer to join our team on a 12-month contract. This onsite role (Vikhroli, Mumbai) is for an initial 12-month period, after which, depending on your performance and impact, you will be offered a permanent position to be absorbed into the organization.We need a modern designer who can create high-end corporate assets and skilfully use Generative AI tools to brainstorm ideas, create unique visuals, and work more efficiently.This role is focused on visual design and execution. You will bring ideas to life based on briefs and content provided by our sales, marketing, and HR teams.What You Will Do:Design & Modernize compelling PowerPoint presentations for our B2B sales and corporate teams.Create high-impact digital assets, including Google Ad creatives, emailable posters, and internal communication graphics.Elevate & Maintain our brand by improving existing assets while strictly adhering to all brand guidelines.Collaborate with internal teams to understand their briefs and translate their written content into clean, professional, and engaging designs.Manage a balance of projects, using asset libraries (like Freepik, Envato) for speed when needed, and creating original designs and illustrations for high-priority projects.Requirements (Skills & Experience):Experience: Up to 2 years of professional design experience, backed by a strong portfolio.Portfolio: Must be provided. We are specifically looking for examples of corporate presentations, ad creatives, and any projects created using AI tools.Core Software: Expert proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and Microsoft PowerPoint.AI Skillset:Image Generation: Demonstrable experience using AI image generators (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly) to create visuals for ads or concepts.AI Ideation: Experience using at least one LLM (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) to brainstorm visual concepts.AI Presentation (Preferred): Familiarity with AI presentation tools (e.g., Gamma) is a major plus.Education: Graduate in any discipline.Communication: Strong, clear communication skills to pitch and explain your design concepts.Send Your Resume & PortfolioContact Person: ChandanaContact Email: chandanas@innov.inCompany Website: www.innov.inIMPORTANT: To be considered, please use this exact subject line for your email:"Application for Senior Graphic Designer"
