Senior Accountant

Position: Account and Tax Manager

Location: Tirupur, India

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger accounting.
• Prepare timely and accurate financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and reporting requirements, including income tax, TDS, GST, and customs duties.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies and long-term plans to support business objectives.
• Supervise and mentor a team of accounting professionals, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CA or equivalent certification preferred.
• 5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, with a focus on manufacturing or export industries.
• Proficiency in accounting software Tally and Microsoft Excel ; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
• Must be able to communicate in English
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
