The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and providing technical expertise to our clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Technical Expertise: Utilize technical knowledge to present, demonstrate, and recommend filtration products to clients, addressing any technical queries they may have.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the features and benefits of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for growth.
  • Proposal Preparation: Prepare and present detailed proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients, ensuring accuracy and alignment with their requirements.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and feedback loop.
  • Training & Development: Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the filtration industry or related sectors.
  • Technical Skills: Strong technical acumen and the ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts.
  • Sales Skills: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business opportunities.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical information clearly and persuasively.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to identify sales opportunities.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
