Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Azure DevOps Lead with a solid background in .NET development to join our dynamic team in Gurugram, Haryana. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our CI/CD pipelines, managing Azure cloud infrastructure, and ensuring the seamless deployment of applications. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and other tools.
  • Develop and manage Azure DevOps processes, including infrastructure as code with ARM templates and PowerShell scripts.
  • Oversee the deployment and management of Azure Web Apps, Azure SQL Database, and other Azure services.
  • Collaborate with development teams to integrate .NET applications into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Monitor and optimize application performance, scalability, and security in the Azure environment.
  • Ensure compliance with best practices for coding, testing, and deployment.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Azure services and DevOps processes.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to support project requirements and deliverables.
  • Manage Azure AD integration and permissions for various services and applications.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized college or university with > 65% academic score.
  • Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role, with a focus on Azure DevOps.
  • Strong background in .NET development and understanding of its ecosystem.
  • Proficiency in CI/CD tools, especially Jenkins.
  • Experience with Azure services including Azure Web Apps, Azure SQL Database, and ARM templates.
  • Solid understanding of SQL Server 2012 R2 and database management.
  • Expertise in scripting with PowerShell.
  • Familiarity with Azure AD and its integration with cloud services.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Azure DevOps or related Microsoft certifications.
  • Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Knowledge of other CI/CD tools and frameworks.
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, or similar.
