About the Role:

An experienced MicroStrategy Developer to join our dynamic team. As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining data visualizations and analytics solutions using MicroStrategy. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of data visualization principles, along with proficiency in SQL, data modelling, and dashboard development.


What you will do:

  • Develop interactive and visually appealing dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using MicroStrategy
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Optimize data queries and performance to ensure efficient data retrieval and processing.
  • Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting of dashboards and reports to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users on MicroStrategy functionalities.
  • Collaborate with the BI team to enhance data governance, data quality, and data security practices.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a MicroStrategy Developer with a strong portfolio of dashboard and report designs.
  • Familiarity with Snowflake data warehouse architecture and integration with MicroStrategy.

Advanced SQL skills for writing, troubleshooting, and optimizing complex queries, especially for data modelling and reporting.

  • Proficiency in MicroStrategy with the ability to create complex visualizations and interactive dashboards.
  • Solid understanding of SQL for data manipulation and extraction.
  • Knowledge in data modelling, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
